High Level Cleaning

Unlike floors and machinery, it can be easy to forget that high level cleaning needs to be carried out. That doesn’t make it any less important however.

High level cleaning will often be required in sensitive areas, such as food preparation areas, production lines and something else. In these environments, it’s important to keep high level surfaces, such as pipework, clean from grime and dust. Why pay for the cleaning and upkeep of expensive machinery only to have dust and dirt ruin it from above?

Care has to be taken with every stage of a high-level clean, and the environment the cleaning takes places in has to be fully respected at all times. Our operatives will always look to work with your business needs, and keep you informed of the plans at every stage.

Specialist cleaning, such as high level cleaning, requires a trained and professional team. This area can often be dangerous, and requires a high degree of skill.

As you would expect, our operatives hold all necessary access equipment certification, allowing us to conduct structural and high-level cleaning. Qualifications held by our operatives includes the following:

  • PASMA for working on mobile scaffolding towers
  • IPAF allowing operatives to work from mobile elevation platforms and mobile booms
  • Rooftop safety and work restraint certification
  • Working from height certification.

Project: High Level Clean of Internal Structure & Fixtures

Description: The project was designed to deep clean walls internal roof and fixtures. This type of cleaning had not been done for several years and was part of an overall upgrade. The gym needed the work done to a very high standard to compliment the new equipment and flooring.

A team of 3 staff completed the work using high reach vac systems up to 45ft. Floor areas were covered to protect equipment. Work was broken down into stages with the roof and cross beams being completed first. Wall areas were next with wall mounted fixtures and doors. A pure water system was used wall areas where necessary to remove ingrained dirt.

There was no requirement to use ladders or mobile access systems to reach any areas. This resulted in a very safe and productive clean

Feedback: The deep clean created a safe and healthier environment for gymnasts and staff. Removing the build-up of chalk and dirt residue.

The work met all the expectations of our client. This has resulted in an annual periodic clean being implemented.

The onsite cleaning team can now maintain the overall standard easier and in conjunction with the periodic deep clean the gym now impresses as a great place to enjoy the new facilities.
