With over twenty five years experience between them, our directors have operated in the contract cleaning business at a senior level, but have also gained the necessary hands on experience that allows them to talk knowledgeably and honestly with all Strata’s clients.
We look to provide an experienced, and forward-thinking approach to contract cleaning all over the UK from our Scottish base. In addition, partnerships with other professional cleaning companies in the North East, North West, Midlands South West and London area, allowing the standards of service to be controlled nationwide.
At Strata Cleaning, we pride ourselves on our clear and open approach communication at every stage. We will deliver cost effective, high standard specialist services, scoped correctly and signed off to an agreed standard.

Project: Pressure Washing for Redeveloped Stores
Description: The purpose of the project was to revamp external areas of Waitrose stores as part of the site development. Strata worked with the main contractor to complete this work.
Designated areas were cordoned off and pressure washed using our slipstream 21” pressure washer and lances. This cleaned the paving. We also removed any gum build up with the Gumwand – gum removal system. Each area was dried to remove excess water and allow customer access.
Feedback: The feedback from stores and their customers has been excellent. Large pedestrian areas at the entrance to stores have been rejuvenated and create a great first impression
Strata now carry out this work on a regular basis in a number of Waitrose stores in southern England.
